Velvet Highway is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they are dispatched. Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Please check your cart thoroughly before purchase as orders cannot be modified or changed.

Due to the nature of our business, sometimes it may take up to 2/3 weeks to dispatch an order. This is because we can only hold a limited amount of product at our HQ. The rest is held at our supply chain which can add a further 1/2 weeks on any order.

Due to the exclusive nature and high demand, ALL SALES ARE FINAL for this merchandise. Please check your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting are correct as they cannot be modified or changed. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be cancelled if there are critical errors in your order. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges.
